This Privacy Policy describes how Biznex (operated by Deep Space LLC) handles information in connection with the Biznex Back Office mobile application (the “App”). The App is a management tool for restaurant and retail businesses that use the Biznex Cloud platform. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

The App collects only the information needed to operate. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Account information
Your name, email address, phone number and assigned role. This information is used to sign you in and to control what you can access. Accounts are created by your business administrator; the App has no public sign-up.
Business information
Operational records you and your business generate on the platform, such as sales, orders, inventory, staff and financial data.
Technical information
Basic technical details such as app version, device type and diagnostic logs, used to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- authenticate you and enforce role-based access;
- display your business reports, dashboards and day-to-day operations;
- diagnose problems and keep the App stable and secure.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
3. Storage and security
Authentication tokens are stored in encrypted storage on your device. Information is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on secured servers. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
4. Sharing of information
Your information is shared only within your own organisation, according to your assigned role and permissions. We do not share personal information with third parties except where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
5. Data retention
We retain business and account information for as long as your account remains active and as required by applicable law. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information. Because accounts are managed by your business, please contact your business administrator, or contact us directly using the details below.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
